Roman has to be one of the most patient, kind and knowledgeable sales person I've ever met. He was by himself and at one point there were 4 people who walked in within 5 minutes of each other and he never got frazzled . He immediately said hello , I will be with you in a few moments. I will be telling everyone i know about the East Walpole location. Roman needs to be your spokes person or a trainer or perhaps even get a raise! Kindly, Linda B.
